S	Sean Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆您好，如果您是誠心想要提高店的餐點跟服務品質，您可以花時間看一下此篇評論，如果您覺得來這邊留負面評論，或是給店家建議的評論，都覺得是奧客來亂的，那您可以不用看下去了，因為不管別人說什麼您都不會相信的。5/20晚上11點多想點外送，本來看到Google評論3.7顆星，有點害怕，但是還是覺得評論不一定準，要自己試試看，但是後來我後悔了，其實評分會這麼低一定有它的道理，不要不信邪。首先想跟老闆說一下，會在Google給低顆星數，你不要覺得別人都是來亂的或是奧客，會真的花時間給負評的一定都是遇到了不舒服或是沒辦法接受的事情，氣到不行，一氣之下，才會來留言的，好的留言不一定是真的，可能是洗出來或是客套的，但是負面評論，我相信可信度一定都是很高的，今天點了牛肉炒飯跟牛肉湯麵，說真的我不算是很挑剔的人，但是牛肉炒飯真的如評論上面說的一樣，沒什麼味道，根本沒什麼鹹味，我吃一半就真的吃不下去了，是因為怕浪費食物才勉強吃完，而牛肉湯麵就真的太誇張了，剛好相反，有夠鹹真的超級鹹的我蠻懷疑是不是調味料的比例沒放正確，因為真的太鹹了，這輩子真的沒喝過這麼鹹的牛肉湯，我本來是想說算了，當自己倒霉，但是看完所有貴店家的評論之後，我改變主意了，貴店雖然每次有顧客反應問題，老闆都說會改進，但是光是炒飯味道太淡的問題，我就看到了好幾個，而且有些還是一年前以上的評論，試問如果店家真的有心要改善，會讓這些問題持續好幾年一而再再而三的出現嗎？表示店家根本沒有要好好改善的意思，反正客人還是會傻傻的上門，不是嗎？那如果我今天不在Google上面給出我事實感受到的評價，會不會有人也因為這樣子花錢受氣？我後來會來給評論還有一點很重要，牛肉湯麵的湯真的太鹹了，鹹到真的讓人無法忍受，如果老闆看到這則評論，還來得及的話，5/21白天自己去喝喝看5/20晚上的牛肉湯麵的湯，看看老闆您自己喝完之後覺得這樣子的鹹度跟口味能不能問心無愧的覺得自己沒有對不起消費者，還是老闆從來都沒有認真的吃過自己店裡的東西？貴店也營業許多年了，有這麼長的時間可以改善跟磨練店家的餐飲品質跟服務態度，這些年來，卻還是一堆人留言說服務態度不好跟東西難吃，說真的，貴店都開這麼多年了，卻還讓消費者吃到這樣子的東西，身為消費者，真的讓人無法忍受。
