味道偏淡 感覺要加辣比較好吃

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 油炸臭豆腐外皮乾硬微苦，醬汁較鹹，泡菜脆偏甜；清蒸臭豆腐湯汁較淡會有點回甘，這次買的兩種豆腐都有苦味。感覺清蒸和油炸都是同種豆腐。在店裏嚐可能會比較好吃吧！
