Now the attitude and quality of the nurses at Liuzhu Clinic are very good, and I feel that there has been a change. Dr. Wang is attentive and caring about the patient's condition, and will remind you to take appropriate amount of medication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service and no patient confidentiality. The worst experience I have ever had at any medical facility on Earth. Openly rude, hostile reception nurses, and discriminatory toward foreigners. Avoid this place like the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update & Edit: Pharmacy is next door now. NOT up on the 3rd floor. Much more accessible for people.
I have been going here for more than 8 years. Both Drs are nice and male. They do speak English. The counter staff have some issues about their manners and NO English.
Negatives: only squat toilets (and the pharmacy is on the 3F now. So you have to walk up the steep, narrow staircase to get your prescription.) Also there is little to NO parking. Red lines for cars and only a few scooters can fit on the sidewalk space before blocking entrance. Police come often to try and tow cars.
