★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買完貓糧的回程又遇到機車故障,幸好離機車行不遠(路邊臨時找);師傅檢查完找到了問題還跟我解說,我又順便問師傅車殼裂開的問題；最後師傅解決了故障又順便將車殼鎖好,非常客氣的沒有收費 ???
(師傅說只是將管子塞好不用錢)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店家不誠實!!之前去換新電瓶一個禮拜就沒電，店家說我騎車習慣不好太少騎才那麼快沒電，不承認是他換的電瓶的問題，只願意幫忙再充電。結果當天充完電，回去騎一天又沒電，懶得又牽第三次機車回去跟店家吵，去其他認識的機車行檢查發現是店家所換的新電瓶（不知名的副牌）根本不會蓄電!
不曉得為什麼這種店家可以開那麼久

前幾天晚上車子壞掉，因為想說就近處理就好，於似乎麻煩店家幫我道路救援到店裡，因為不確定我的車子是否還在保固內，當下有請員工協助聯繫，他們說可以幫我詢問，隔天打來直接跟我說要收費4500，還說什麼有幫我問公司保固問題，還沒有得到回覆，本人親自打到總公司確認，確實在保固內，而且通話當下客服人員就能夠回復我保固問題，員工這樣子的素質真的可以嗎？
我如果沒有自己打到總公司詢問，感覺這費用也是花的夠冤枉，所以想來這消費，要記得先做好被當盤子的心理準備。
