如果你想好好處理頭髮, 請好好考慮是否該選擇這裡。 分享非常不好的經驗。 一開始先明確告知要留長頭髮,而當時髮尾頭髮長已及肩。 提供不少相片給設計師參考,都是頭髮更長的髮型, 是打算之後留長後剪的。 接著,告知我只想處理髮尾末端之前燙卷的部份。 (大概2,3公分) 我說可以直接燙平或稍為調整修剪就好,也沒說非剪不可。 設計師表示很明白我的想法跟需要, 說直接剪就好,理由是用燙平弄直的話捲曲會不自然。 結果坐下來不到3分鐘就直接把「全部髮尾剪掉了」。 後腦勺也剪的很短 — 後來辯稱是為了呈現他要的所謂低重心。 但其實完全只是一般短髮的剪裁方式。 剪後髮尾約到耳下兩公分,比起髮尾原本到肩膀,最長處至少剪去了十公分。 我懷疑當時如果他沒因為我提問而停下的話,他根本是想直接接成一般短髮型式的。 剪前的對話他根本沒聽進去,一心只是想動剪刀, 不經思索反射性的剪成一般男生短髮而已。 而且剪的很制式、老套而隨便。 剪後左右髮尾還長短參差不一,非常不講究。 我發現從前方已看不到髮尾時就提問了。 問: 為何看起來剪了那麼短? 我只跟你提要調整髮尾部份,而且你明明知道我要留長,何必還把髮尾全部剪去? 剪裁的量, 與一開始的溝通的不一樣外, 而髮型更是從沒授權你嘗試改變啊。 他才第一次拿起鏡子給我看, 跟我解釋他想要/已經怎麼剪: 他說因為頭髮本來就該這樣剪, 「男生後髮際線本來就該剪到耳下兩公分。」 又說他覺得重頭開始留長比較好, 又說他主觀意識就是很強, 又說你前面側面沒剪都很長所以算留長了。 後來乾脆辯說其實沒剪多少不到兩三公分。 可我提供前後照片給他看確實是短了少說十公分, 他又說不用看相片他最清楚了。 ====================== 實在是非常不好的經驗 最後給的解釋也隨便 只重覆說很 遺憾我不喜歡他的設計 而無視「從來我只要求調整髮尾末端曲度,而且清楚告知要留長、從未要求更改原來髮型一事。」 整個荒謬事情的原因, 要不就是設計師理解力太低,同時太會裝作理解同理的樣子。 要不就是打從一開始就打算無視客人的要求跟喜好,持著不慎重的隨便態度,自以為是髮藝大師可以無視客人好惡自作主張。 不論哪個都很糟糕。 ====================== 剪完等了一個月仍然因為被修壞的層次無法因為自然留長而改善, 仍是很奇怪的樣子。 只好另找設計師處理。 下一位的設計師檢查後也很委婉的說不明白這個設計的意義, 比較像當成一般短髮處理後中途更改設計修層次, 以至於髮型前後區整體不協調。 為了修正之前的錯誤只能犧牲更多的長度。 專業認定來說,就是之前被剪壞了。 ====================== 總結說是個技術跟美感完全不到位, (髮尾長度左右不對稱逾3公分) 是個完全不尊重客人的設計師。 賣點號稱是資深跟聆聽客人,但那更像是設局: 以一副願意聆聽跟理解的表象使客人指定, 然後用過時老舊的觀念,不假思索的習慣去剪 — 而完全無視客人本身的條件跟訴求。 你永遠不知道本來談的好好的下一秒他會做出什麼驚人的決定, 事後再跟你解釋: 「我就覺得這樣比較好。」 「只是誤會了,我以為你讓我隨意發揮。」 設計師若自以為是能力很強的藝術家。 但技術美感跟理解能力都不及格的話,會給客人造成很大的困擾。 很可能你希望修剪瀏海他會把瀏海甚至前額都剪掉, 事後再跟你解釋「你說要剪瀏海的所以我把他都剪掉很合理這是我喜歡的。」也不一定。 的確像之前別人的評論說的一樣: 「的確是很會說 不過技術真的是讓人很傻眼...」 旁邊百元店或許還比較好, 畢竟他們不必欺騙了解你的需求,然後等你坐下後再胡亂的剪,只需按你的指示去剪。 後悔走進這個地方, 希望其他人不要有那麼糟糕的經驗跟遺憾。

想說在疫情變重前先去修整頭髮 結果事前溝通完全沒意義 理髮師只按照自己的習慣反射性的裁剪 一點都沒在意客人事先說好的 需求明明只是要小修細節 卻硬迫大改還改得很糟糕而且過時 可能因為自己店面根本不缺錢 所以就算觀念再老舊技術再差市場機制根本淘汰不了 提醒真的要小心這種店容易出現很格外離譜的理髮師
