櫃檯人員真的不知道態度在差什麼的 致電過去想預約看診時間 在確認的過程中彼此都有一點沒聽懂對方在說什麼 在確認大概30秒時 櫃台直接噴我說她都已經回答我的問題了不知道我現在是要怎麼樣 欸,直接噴人是可以解決事情喔? 又不是來看診的人每個都在診所上班,有些話語不是所有人一聽就懂,我就是沒聽懂妳的回覆所以才會繼續詢問,到底在鬧什麼脾氣?講這句話對解決事情有幫助?妳覺得妳講很清楚,對別人而言不一定是那樣。 很忙可以理解 醫療人員也很辛苦也不是服務業 但可以連基本待人的禮儀都不要有了嗎:)?

You feel that you are very clear, which is not necessarily the case for others. busy, understandably The medical staff is also very hard and it is not a service industry But can we not even have basic etiquette to treat people :)?

The receptionist is kind. Also, the doctor checks my eyes gently.

Very busy clinicand the staff at the counter is extremely unfriendly & almosy angry that I had to leave even before registration.

The receptionist was very helpful with the forms as I am not good in mandarin, that’s a plus for me. Doctor was professional, knew his job. And the place spacious and comfortable. Thanks

Front Desk lady extremely RUDE. Again. 11.23.2018 In past both Drs I have seen speak excellent English. Both have been a huge help and informative. Knowledgeable about effects of diabetes. Update 06.2018 : there seems to be a ridiculous wait time just to pick up an eye drops refill. I bring the paper, handed to the nurse at the desk, and then it took like 35 or 40 minutes. It was ridiculous. I don't want to have to wait just to pick up eyedrops. I agree with some reviews that the counter staff need better training or you need to people on the desk during the busy times. The nurse wasn't serving other people. I was just standing there waiting and waiting and waiting well she was busy putting my card into one machine and then another machine and then another machine back and forth. Time to take a look at the overall system to see if it can be improved. Because it is very busy at times to the point where I don't want to go there but this Clinic has my eye health history. Still no problem with the DRs.

Such a bad service there with one of the nurse, her arrogance and indifference was uncanny. I will never ever bring my daughter her or by the fact recommend this place for anyone.. being busy is never an excuse for being rude or impolite..

It’s a very terrible experience and I will never be here again! Not only the front desk lady but also nurses’ service and attitude are extremely bad. I was so shocked and couldn’t believe it! I should check the reviews before I visit! ??????
