還沒疫情開始就來店內用吃過幾次了,這次我是到現場購買外帶回家吃,蝦還是一樣還好吃,也很嫩很新鮮,目前最推薦蝦料理。 這次購買的是香辣蝦與奶油蝦,奶油蝦的味道很香,蝦肉中間有切一半,很方便撥外殼。香辣蝦個人覺得不會太辣,非常下飯,醬料還被我們拿去配飯吃,未來還會繼續購買蝦料理。

這是一家有故事、有溫度,從攤車起家的泰國蝦料理、雖然沒有豪華的裝潢,但是用餐環境乾淨整潔舒適,老闆待人親切,在裡面用起餐來就像在家依樣舒服,蝦料理樣樣都值得推薦,家人超愛他香辣蝦跟蒜頭蝦的,是值得下次再來。

台中來的泰國蝦料理。蝦量十足 小份的有七隻泰國蝦,蝦膏好吃,然後用烤的肉好像本來就比較硬;烤五花肉好吃;炒高麗菜是高山菜,很甜;燒酒蝦是中部的料理方式不會加鹽,店家說因為這樣中藥味才不會變苦,然後有幫我們多加一點酒,很香,雖然沒有鹽有點不習慣。美好的用餐體驗。感謝店家也幫我們一起料理剛剛抓到的三隻溪蝦。

Lively hair crab, served with garlic sweet & sour sauce. Delicious! Better with traditional dark vinegar and Shouxing wine thou.
