本人透過此店買了竹北高鐵區的房子，不得不說專業能力很好，一些專業的分析跟解釋其實蠻完整的，但是售後服務爛得可以。
先不說成交後，有時候會找不到人房仲的情況，這還是沒給服務費前就有的態度。交屋後，付了服務費，卻發現房仲承諾要結清的水電瓦斯只完成了水跟電。
瓦斯，對，就剩下瓦斯，我在收到通知後立刻告知房仲請他結清，口口聲聲說好，結果拖到繳費期限過，必須前往瓦斯公司親繳，因此再次告知房仲，房仲打哈哈的回我說已經處理好了。
剛剛親自前往瓦斯公司確認繳款狀況，依然沒有繳交，最好自己拿了457塊出來把瓦斯付掉。
457塊，小錢，大概是一般上班族1-2小時的時薪，但是457塊卻可以讓我給貴司1顆星的評價。
這家房仲業者，如同文章開頭所說的，專業知識與能力很強，但售後服務完全不及格。
看到這則評論的消費者，如果你希望購屋過程中有更好的體驗，有其他更好的店可以考慮。
