以過來人的經驗。完全不推薦美光。安裝時完全沒有交接當初丈量細節。導致陽台牆面熱水器鑽了兩個位置。送貨掉單。而且打電話去問完全狀況外。第二次約晚上7點結果9點才到。弄到10點半。以本人親身體驗。也不奢望他們會有多好的售後服務。

文長先說結論 : 給一顆星都嫌多的電器行,如購買需要安裝的電器務必三思!!!!! ●關於送貨 : 去年年底訂好電器,因交屋期與裝潢尚未確認,故先壓4月底交貨,也說好會提前電聯確認送貨時間,4/14晚上九點LG原廠的師傅打給我問吊車的事,我回覆都由美光處理,請他直接電聯美光,後續美光打來說隔天(4/15)安裝送貨,我傻住問 : 不是說四月底嗎 ? 美光人員理直氣壯回(而且口氣讓人不舒服) : 「那為什麼單子上寫4/15 ? 」我直接火大回: 「我怎麼知道,拜託告訴我單子哪裡有寫4/15,從頭到尾都是說4月底,確切時間他們會提前電聯」,所謂的提前就是前一天晚上九點嗎????? 後來因為我時間無法配合故改後續送貨 後續裝潢好了我主動聯繫美光確認時間,除了美光那確認好時間外,前一天LG原廠有再次聯繫當天送貨時間,這下總不會出包了吧 ! 隔天時間一到,果然沒出現,我打電話給美光,接電話的小姐直接狀況外,然後才急急忙忙的派車出發,最後大約遲到一小時,【所以前面確認是在浪費生命?】 還有因為出包導致第三次送貨,依舊跟說好的時間不一樣,不意外! ●關於安裝 : 因建案的位置特殊且我有更改洗衣機放置位置,故我提前將屋況照片與尺寸一一回報給美光,告知他吊車要如何吊,洗衣機要如何配合我的位置放置,並協助安裝洗衣機的水龍頭,到現場師傅說他們不知道要安裝水龍頭,也不知道吊車只能抵達某個樓層然後要人力搬運上去,由於外箱尺寸太大須拆箱搬運並簽切結書,OK好,所以我在那丈量尺寸拍照片給美光跟他溝通運送細節,【又是浪費生命的一個舉動】,最讓我氣炸的還是我打給美光問說水龍頭安裝的事情,老闆娘也是狀況外,我直接把我們LINE上面的對話覆誦一次,他才回: 「哦! 對對對我記得拉,我有跟LG講,是他們沒交代好」,然後跟我說他不是故意的他也很委屈都是LG的錯,這直接踩到我的底線,今天你做為中間商,負責的就是做好原廠與消費者中間的橋樑,就算是原廠的問題,也不應該雙手一攤告知消費者都是別人的錯,今天我是對美光,你就該負起責任,而不是卸責,這種態度實在不能讓人認同!! 關於後記: 想不到吧,居然還有,確認簽收洗烘衣機的施工單時,發現我訂的型號好像不太對 ?! 想當然,是的!!! 美光訂錯型號,所以再安排第三次送貨時間,這次又進化了呢!! 變成送貨前兩個小時才打給我確認,哇真是沒救了,不需要浪費口水罵他們了! 只想快結束這場孽緣!! 買買不需要安裝的電器也許還可以,如要安裝除非上輩子燒好香,人品爆棚,平常有扶老奶奶過馬路,或是可以接受講好的永遠做不到,送貨永遠對不上時間的消費者再選擇這家吧! 好在今天終於結束,也給為了便宜幾千塊的我一個很大的教訓,今生永遠不見
