明明房子就很小，還是能聽到來回走路及奔跑的腳步聲，不時也能透過抽油煙機清楚的聽到有人在說話。
所以禾寅的建案還是要多評估。
且有些居民素質極差看不懂中文，會在家抽菸，常常會有濃厚菸飄散出，甚者還會亂丟菸蒂，與隨處拉屎尿之流浪動物一樣。
