★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然是十幾年的大樓，但是建材都採用很好的建材， 例如氣密窗都一直很好使用，管理得很好，垃圾都有分類收集管理， 電梯與樓梯間也都很乾淨，所以看起來都很新，不會顯得老舊， 進出都需要磁卡管制，24小畤管理員守衛，是個管理良好的大樓。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日早上前往貴區張建智診所拿藥只在交叉黃區之（外圍）暫停不到五分鐘，貴區自聘保全出來制止，他沒有看到轎車違停在通往診所前之無障礙斜交叉黃格內的，並無規範交叉黃格之外的，且拿藥只暫停5分鐘，請管委會成員加強貴區自聘管理員的法規知識以免被提告???！！！！鐵板前的大型休旅車不做勸導還無理取鬧，交通法規只限制禁停
