★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人員態度差也不專業，服務過程一直講私人電話（不只一通），有預約時間還能遲到，這間銀行唯一優勢是沒什麼人，但沒什麼客戶還能鬧哄哄的也不簡單⋯⋯想轉換心情可以進來試試，但本人是不會再進來了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常不推薦這家信用卡，第一期帳單出超慢，不想玉山這麼即時顯示花費，想自己詢問，也完全聯絡不上半個客服人員，不管是電話客服，還是文字客服都是零，繳完第一期，馬上剪卡，爛透了

請問這分行開來幹啥的？

聽到要存美金蠻親切的幫我忙
但沒有解決到我的問題啊
不知道公司系統是怎樣
先播了客服測試是否有帳號
說建議存一大筆錢慢慢扣款
還叫我自己去開通網路銀行轉美金
對我就換了2次位子然後連網路帳號app設定都很困難，果斷放棄 很氣 浪費時間
反正不只一家銀行

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生想辦信用卡 需要一堆證明文件來證明你有錢這件事，配合度高的我們也已提供存摺及每月金錢流動證明（期間也為此跑了很多趟銀行）而後又告知可辦理開戶放錢在裡面流程會比較快？！
所有事情都配合後 最後才電話告知之前網路申請因沒確認到故駁回 重新申請信用卡還要等上三個月 推託是公司體制，既然是公司制度為何這中間辦理的每一次都沒有告知還讓人開戶？
或許是看先生面容和藹好欺負？
說實在的 爛到我連一顆星都不想給！
當然非常歡迎有錢有閒的人多多跟他們捧場
