Edit: I went to NTU hospital in Hsinchu. The doctor was MUCH more professional; treated my illness like no other clinic. Recommendation: go to NTU Hospital instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once you get past the front desk the system is quite efficient. Most of the doctors speak English and are quite polite. As far as politeness goes I say this strictly only about the Hsinchu location. The Jhubei Branch absolutely is awful as far as their patient care and bedside manner is concerned. If anyone needs to find a specialist you can try this clinic first. The one issue is lack of parking for cars and scooters. There is a parking area two blocks away but many of the patients cannot walk that distance into the clinic and back to the vehicle.Wherever you park you're usually going to be on a red line. If you need help with diabetes, diet control, anything in the dermatology area, or something special from a pharmacy you can check with this clinic. The pharmacist is really wonderful. No crazy huge lineups like other places.
