★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a shrimp lover's heaven. Head on, prepared several ways. Hsinchu is a bit out of the way from Taipei unless you have business there. If you're in Hsinchu this is a fun place to eat and drink. Made some good memories here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bamboo Shrimp restaurant -- FOR THE WIN!! =D Shrimp lovers will understand me.. hehe.. best Shrimp resto I've been so far, first trip was way back 2010-ish, and just got back this 10/24 with same friends from way back 10yrs ago!! same taste of shrimp!! =) I would suggest to try all the menu for the 1st timers.. and would recommend the stirfry-salty-with lemmon+garlic shrimp menu.. enjoy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the most famous shrimp restaurant in Hsinchu. Even though the restaurant is large, it is always crowded. There are many kinds of shrimp dishes which are tasty and fresh, however, if you prefer the meal other than shrimp, it may be difficult for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like shrimp, you’ll love this restaurant! They have all different kinds of flavored shrimp. I recommend the lemon and garlic ones. They also have some veggies to pick from. You can also get boiled shrimp with some tasty soup. The prices aren’t cheap though, so a meal can be pretty pricey. You’ll need a car or scooter to get here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has children's playground. We like to visit here. We visited other restaurant for shrimp but we prefer this place. We felt this place is brighter, more comfortable and the staffs are kinder than other place. Shrimp are fresh and even has Korean and English menus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our guests are frequently taken all the way to Hsinchu for a dinner trip just to have some of these shrimps. Before my visit a friend told me about this amazing place but I said you must be crazy to travel 30 minutes for trip. Well I was wrong, this is probably one of the best in its kind. The must try is the lemon shrimp. Highly recommend!
