★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7/21到貴公司貼隔熱貼，後來有反應隔熱貼有紋路不均的問題，直到今年3/9～3/10幫我補貼隔熱貼，但是貼完的顏色真的差很多，跟你們反應了推託給製造廠商，（說幫我貼的是一樣的型號的，但是每批顏色會不一樣？）如果貴公司規模夠龐大，這樣的品質控管真的是很大的問題.....
我都拿我當初貼隔熱貼的保卡了，貼出來的顏色很透光，真的很不滿意，很糟糕的服務

為了辦ETC來這邊，停好車進入時間是12:03，店員說現在已經超過12:00，叫我在附近繞，等13:00再進來，因為他們中午時間不辦理ETC
明明辦理很快只要幾分鐘，且中午時間店家有營業，非常不合情理

In order to apply for ETC, I parked the car and entered at 12:03. The clerk said that it was already past 12:00 and told me to go around the neighborhood and come in at 13:00, because they did not apply for ETC at noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛剛去換了stag 貼紙過保收了費用我覺得很合理，但是你要幫我換貼紙我在旁邊等直接跟我說幫我撐傘，我不是顧客嗎？要顧客幫忙撐傘說話也有禮貌一點，你收我費用我都可以跟你說謝謝了，因為這是基本禮貌。
貼紙因為長期使用撕下來就有一條膠，竟然沒有幫我黏在那條膠上，真心覺得非常不美觀也不專業，覺得很糟的一次經驗
