= 老麵發酵, 能吃到麵粉的香氣, 以及一層層筋道口感
= 新竹地區唯一出爐後蓋棉被的饅頭包子, 而不會因為一直水氣蒸著破壞麵粉筋道!
缺點
= 無法吃到熱騰騰的包子饅頭, 要回家自己再蒸過
= 必須盡快冷凍起來, 保持麵粉香氣 & 筋道彈性
Skin Q, the more you chew, the more fragrant

Disadvantage
