The doctor is very attentive and professional. He not only cares about the patient, but also teaches how to improve the acupuncture points. He doesn't always ask the patient to spend a lot of money on Chinese medicine. A great doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本來以為頰側面有慢性發炎的問題，告知李醫師，醫師建議就寢時雙頰內側塞棉花試試，只塞2天，漸漸修復，不藥而癒，回診告知為何只塞兩天棉花，因早起時驚覺棉花不見了，以為睡夢中吞食，後想起半夜為求安睡，早已取下。敘述中，逗得醫師眼睛笑得瞇成一條線，甚為平易近人。是健保診所，專業，可雙手把脈，唯要有耐心等候。
I originally thought that there was chronic inflammation on the cheeks, and told Dr. Li that the doctor suggested to put cotton on the inside of the cheeks at bedtime. It was only stuffed for 2 days. It gradually repaired and healed without medicine. The return visit told me why I only stuffed cotton for 2 days because I got up early. When I realized that the cotton was gone, I thought it was swallowed in my sleep, and then remembered that it had been taken down in the middle of the night for a good sleep. In the narration, the doctor's eyes narrowed into a line of laughter, which was very approachable. It's a health care clinic, professional, you can take the pulse with both hands, only waiting patiently.

家人確診後解除居隔已超過14天，前往就醫前還再次快篩確認是陰性才前往。進入診所後已向掛號櫃檯表明確診後已居隔超過14天且康復快篩陰性，掛號人員非常不客氣直接趕人離開現場，表明拒絕看診。
丞璽中醫診所並不屬於非健保自費診所卻可以直接拒絕健保病患，也無表明是其專業或是設備不足進而協助病患轉介其他診所。
- 醫師法第21條：醫師對於危急之病人，應即依其專業能力予以救治或採取必要措施，不得無故拖延。
- 醫療法第 60 條第1項：醫院、診所遇有危急病人，應先予適當之急救，並即依其人員及設備能力予以救治或採取必要措施，不得無故拖延。
- 全民健康保險法70條：
保險醫事服務機構於保險對象發生保險事故時，應依專長及設備提供適當醫療服務或協助其轉診，不得無故拒絕其以保險對象身分就醫。
簡而言之：
1. 無健保特約診所，只要不是危急病人，不論是「不能」或「不為」，院所有權決定。
2. 健保特約診所，依簽約之規範不得無故拒絕健保身分病人，若因院所真自己專長或設備不足提供病人適當醫療服務，仍可有故婉拒病人。
3.不論1或2，皆該微婉告知病人目前彼此的情況，且為避免影響病人身體健康及就醫權益，『絕對』需要建議甚至協助轉診。
而非使用『請你馬上離開，我們這裡非常多小孩子』的字句直接趕人！何況診間根本沒有任何人的情況。這樣的診所素質非常地令人堪慮。
