★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃台人員差到不行，掛號費150因為工傷申請保險需要診斷證明，事前有打電話問開診斷證明多少錢，櫃台的說50，結果現場去到以後說電話中講錯是100元？？？我真的滿臉問號欸，啊我打電話問是問好玩的哦？為了申請保險我來回了3、4趟，結果現在搞這出？阿我油錢不是錢哦？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喉嚨不舒服癢癢的，醫生先用一個怪異眼神看你，告知他我驗了六天快篩都沒事（本身為護理師），醫生就直接說你抽煙齁？直接大傻眼⋯
告知醫生可能為扁桃腺炎（頸部有一顆腫起來）醫師就直接開藥，完全沒觸診，這樣病患都直接自我診斷，醫生開立抗生素完全沒告知病患抗生素使用的注意事情（避免停藥等等）隔壁藥師也沒有說，要去看醫生命要夠大。
