不專業-問說價金履約保證的開辦費用應該是多少?正常約為買賣成交總價的萬分之六，業務居然胡說是千分之六；
不負責-車位有使用權的問題，就讓原屋主跟新屋主自己處哩，問業務一問三不知；
這家唯一可以說嘴的就是在地超過20年....
真想一顆星都不給!!

Not responsible-the car owner has the right to use the car, let the original homeowner and the new homeowner handle themselves and ask the business questions.
