今天來店用餐,體驗十分愉快,服務我們的店經理非常專業且熱情,詳細地介紹每一道菜的製作、提供我們享用餐點的方向,服務絕對是先打滿分? 用餐的部分,今天享用的是「吉套餐」,一共有四道菜。 第一道: 茶碗蒸 茶碗蒸的表現出色,生涯中吃過最滑順的口感,搭配意想不到的柚子,爽口的蒸蛋得來不易。 第二道:松花堂(便當?) 一共有四道菜,味道由淡到鹹分別是霜造海鱺、比目魚大根煮、胡麻豆腐?與鮭魚西京燒。 大根煮的蘿蔔刀工漂亮,每一塊都像寶石,入口卻是果實般的汁水迎面而來,鮮甜的高湯吃得到海鮮最原始的味道,魚刺燉煮到可以入口食用的程度,相當不錯。 西京燒也非常亮眼,鮭魚煎的恰到好處的美。最讓我驚豔的是魚肉的口感,印象中鮭魚應該要是香脆的,但今天的鮭魚卻像滷味豆包一樣軟糯卻不失鮮美。 最讓我驚訝的是海鱺的處理。不同於鮭魚這般油脂豐厚的魚類,海鱺的脂肪分布非常細緻,每一絲魚肉之間都是優雅的香,魚味濃厚,是裡面最滿意的。 第三道:五品天婦羅 應該算是今天的主角-天婦羅。一共有糯米椒、炸蝦、地瓜跟炸紅甘。 因為本身不喜歡糯米椒,評論可能有失公正就不予置評。 地瓜的部分選用的食材毫不馬虎,並沒有因為因為是蔬菜就隨便處理,鬆軟香甜。 接著是最喜歡的紅甘,剛炸好的時候每一口都能吃到豐富的油脂,配搭新鮮的檸檬是今天最滿意的一道菜。 最後應該是店招牌-炸蝦,一共有兩隻。稍微可惜的是其中一隻口感稍柴,與期待有點落差,不過蝦頭的表現足以彌補一切。處理過的蝦頭沒有一絲的腥味,入口只有蝦肉的鮮甜與豐富的口感,給過。 第四道:抹茶生果凍 甜點就是好吃的果凍,今天寫太多了,好吃就對ㄌㄏ。 還有很多細節像是白飯的口感或是小菜等等… 總的來說~推推( ´ ▽ ` )ノ
