★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 綜合河粉，蠻豐盛的裡面有豬腳、鴨血⋯，不知道是不是換人煮麵體怎麼改成這樣。第一次去是外籍煮的，海鮮河粉好吃，河粉也是我印象中的樣子。
The comprehensive hor fun is quite rich, with pig feet and duck blood in it... I don't know if it was replaced by another person and how the noodle soup was changed to this. The first time I went, it was cooked by a foreigner. The seafood pho is delicious, and the pho is what I remember.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豬雜河粉的粉腸有夠好吃，堪稱銷魂粉腸(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)，唯一缺點就是店內比較沒那麼乾淨，男員工沒有戴口罩，疫情還沒結束，還是要戴好口罩….
The pork intestines are delicious enough to be called ecstasy vermicelli (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵). The only drawback is that the shop is not so clean. The male employees do not wear masks. The epidemic is not over, so they still have to wear them. Good mask...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is real Vietnamese cuisine, cooked by Vitenemes people for Vietnamese workers. Most Taiwanese people going there will be dissapointed because it's not the"Taiwanese" Style Vietnamese Cuisine they usually get in shopping malls.
The Bahn Mi is the most authentic Ibhave had in Taiwan, mind I have not been to every single Vietnese restaurants in Taiwan but I have been here for 18 years and tried too many too mention.
The bread for the Banh Mi is a soft and flaky baguette like bread, not a bun like most other places use. it's filled with real pâté and sandwich meat, pickled carrots and daikons, coriander and hoisin.
It's tasty, juicy and satisfying. for 70 NT$ it's hands down the best food item in Zhubei (price vs quality value)
This is a favorite and it's going to be hard to moved out from my top 3 cheap 3 cheap eat in Hsinchu.

We came here with friends cause they recommend it. The eggs soup was amazing, i was so surprised by this simple dish. Beef pho was ok, soup was lovely but the beef was not tender. Don’t order stir fried vermicelli and fried rice unless you prefer something bland. There was one unavoidable annoying thing here was you need to tolerate other Vietnamese customers who sing karaoke so loud....
So we ended up singing as well in the private room hahaha. Btw, def try their deep fried spring rolls. Damn! t was luscious! Crispy and meaty. All the dishes we ordered for 4 people only cost around 700-800, no wonder this was my friend’s top one choice of Vietnamese food in Zuibei.
