★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一開始住在竹北不知道去哪送洗，搜尋到恩光，試洗一、二件後就一直在恩光送洗，毛衣、大衣、羽絨等材質洗滌後都沒問題，收費合理，也不定時有換季優惠，而且還有到府收送的服務，值得推薦！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 實在一顆星也不想給，第一次找這種連鎖店就吃虧，門市收衣服也不檢查衣服狀態，也不告知能洗到什麼程度，也不說會怎麼洗只說會看洗標，等我拿到衣服發現有髒污，到底是在那邊產生也理不清，該店回洗也洗不乾淨，等我第二次上門拿衣服，只跟我說洗不乾淨，一副就是洗不乾淨就是你家的事，也不跟我道歉，一件衣服就這樣報銷了，是一間經驗值跟不上價格的店
