★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食物還不錯吃、新鮮度有、空間舒適寬敞！
唯一美中不足的是，價位跟點爭鮮差不多，但握壽司和軍艦種類少很多、上菜速度有些慢，較沒有個人特色。
 The food is delicious, fresh, and the space is comfortable and spacious!
The only fly in the ointment is that the price is similar to that of Dianqi Xianxian, but there are many fewer types of nigiri sushi and warships, and the serving speed is a bit slow, which is less personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 握壽司魚料新鮮，味道優於竹北其他連鎖壽司店。店員服務態度也很好。相較之下比較不推薦點刺身。
Nigiri sushi fish is fresh and tastes better than other chain sushi restaurants in Zhubei. The service attitude of the shop assistant is also very good. In comparison, sashimi is not recommended.

看高鐵列車送餐來，有種療癒的感覺?
推薦能點圖二的綜合握壽司，我覺得干貝跟鮭魚表現的都很優秀～
鮭魚的油脂很豐富，配上炙燒的香氣，覺得很享受☺️
一夜干烤的也不錯，魚油跟香氣都有鎖住，趁熱吃很棒～
味增湯個人覺得太鹹，最後沒喝完。
整體來說會考慮再訪?

I recommend the comprehensive nigiri sushi shown in Picture 2. I think both scallops and salmon perform well~
Salmon is rich in fat, with a burning aroma, I feel very enjoyable ☺️
It’s also good to dry roast overnight, the fish oil and aroma are locked, and it’s great to eat while it’s hot~
I personally felt that the miso soup was too salty and I didn't finish it in the end.
Overall, I will consider revisiting ?

現在沒有鮭魚生魚片或鮭魚丼飯這種單純生鮭魚的選項，可能是鮭魚價格有變貴吧。
# 炙燒鮭魚丼飯的鮭魚看似份量多但其實極薄，是那種噴槍烤一下就會整塊全熟的厚度，但是味道上是真的不錯。
# 鮭魚肚一貫也是超薄的那種，但幸好沒有至少過讓他保持了生魚片的口感，吃起來比較有吃肉的嚼感。
# 澎湖海驪個人覺得在爭鮮也吃過差不多味道的壽司，覺得價值不到60。
# 比目魚鰭邊很特別，吃起來很像在吃曼波魚那種QQ的口感，附帶滿滿的油花，如果想試試味道可以兩人吃一貫就好。
# 其他兩貫的壽司、手捲、還有生干貝一貫我認為表現都不錯，如果下次被揪來聚餐可能回主攻這些。

比爭鮮貴、價位跟藏壽司一樣
因為是先點現做，比較新鮮
送餐方式是直達列車，雖然是直接一盤
沒有蓋子，但我覺得加上現做
比一般在檯面上的旋轉壽司來的衛生
味道方面我個人覺得是同價位最好的
甚至米飯和壽司都不錯，個人推
牛小排握壽司、明太子炙燒鮭魚、
蟹膏軍艦、鰻魚飯也不錯（飯比較少）
其他握壽司味道也不錯，很有水準
生魚片這次沒有點所以不知道味道如何
顧著吃，等想起來的時候只拍了甜點
整體來說是一間我會在光顧的壽司店

Crab paste warship, eel rice is also good (less rice)
Other nigiri sushi tastes good too, very standard
I didn't order the sashimi this time so I don't know how it tastes
I was eating, and when I remembered, I only took pictures of desserts
Overall a sushi restaurant I would visit
