可以理解顧客千百種，但我認為"餐廳的氛圍應該是師傅可以決定的"，師傅為人豪爽大方，請酒等等都十分豪邁，但玩起吹牛罰酒???(對 師傅一起)，即便正餐都上完了，剩下湯跟甜點沒上，但還是無法理解
或許我運氣比較差畢竟顧客千百種，也或許屬於"社交場合"不適合單純想去用餐的人

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CP值偏低的日式無菜單料理。主廚年輕而且很努力的和顧客們介紹食材和聊天。食材都蠻新鮮的，料理手法和熟度也控制的很好。但CP值偏低，點了最便宜的3800套餐，只有兩樣前菜、烤鰻魚、烤羊排、五六貫壽司、湯葉、甜點。食材介紹都是日本的魚類，但感覺不出特別之處。壽司米是新米，現場拌醋製作，但壽司吃起來飯粒在口中殘留，嚴重影響口感。師傅很親切的每捏完一顆壽司就親手交到顧客手上，殊不知正統日式料理都是放在板前，如此畫蛇添足的服務影響了壽司的鮮度和衛生。

The sushi rice is new rice, which is made with vinegar on site, but the rice grains remain in the mouth when the sushi is eaten, which seriously affects the taste. The chef is very kind and hands each piece of sushi to the customer. Everyone knows that the authentic Japanese cuisine is placed in front of the plate. Such superfluous service affects the freshness and hygiene of the sushi.
