★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隱身於巷弄內，低調的牛肉麵店(不吃牛只點了水餃)，看到其他人的牛肉麵，「超級」大碗，老闆娘很熱情，完全不怕食客來吃的胸懷呀，推薦的巷弄美食，也很好停車。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉麵湯頭好喝，麵有嚼勁，小黃瓜脆、酸又新鮮。老闆娘和員工很熱情，原已拉下鐵門要午休，見我們遠道而來，仍招呼我們入內用餐。
點餐小建議：麵大碗、份量足，小孩可兩人吃一碗。
The beef noodle soup is delicious, the noodles are chewy, and the cucumbers are crisp, sour and fresh. The proprietress and staff were very enthusiastic. They had already pulled down the iron gate to take a lunch break. Seeing us coming from afar, they still greeted us to eat inside.
Tips for ordering: a large bowl of noodles and a large portion. Children can eat one bowl for two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく麺がうまい。硬めに茹でられた太縮れ麺。ジューシーな水餃子。味の濃いチャーハン。お腹を空かせてお越しください。
Anyway, the noodles are good. Thick curly noodles that have been boiled hard. Juicy dumplings. Fried rice with a strong taste. Please come hungry.

場所は完全どローカルで入るのに勇気入りますが思い切ってドアを開けたら新しい世界が待っています。
この麺でつけ麺食べてみたいな。

I am accustomed to Taiwanese cuisine. The first time I ate noodles from other provinces, I was surprised.
But its lingering flavour reminds me of Jiangbei handmade ramen every time I eat noodles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餐點CP值高，但其中一位服務人員態度有待加強，跟客人結帳金額喊了三次但客人就在你面前拿錢，有必要嗎？拿錢像是客人得了新冠肺炎一樣用拎的？完全不懂是要做什麼，感覺非常差勁，但其他工作人員卻不會，希望黃色圍裙的工作人員好自為之。
The CP value of the meal is high, but the attitude of one of the service staff needs to be strengthened. I shouted the payment amount to the guest three times, but the guest took the money in front of you. Is it necessary? Carrying money like a guest has new coronary pneumonia? I don't know what to do at all, it feels very bad, but the other staff don't, I hope the staff in the yellow apron can do it for themselves.
