肉汁多，沒有肉腥味。
雞肉餡餅裡有芹菜增添清脆感，又沒有芹菜奇怪的菜味。就算把湖口的飲食店都算在內，這家也是最好吃的食物了!
小遺憾是份量有點小

1. 想吃要等 因為現做 從擀皮 包餡 油淋 到成品 需要等約15分鐘
2. 吃時候要注意 湯汁會爆 會燙到 所以要過個十分鐘再吃
3. 不似以往吃的餡餅 一般都會很濕 很黏 很油 這個餡餅 不油膩(洋蔥解膩) 清爽(湯汁清爽) 調味剛好
4. 從食材 擀皮 包餡 油淋 可以知道商家的功力 果然成品是非常好吃的
沒見建議吃甚麼口味 要有耐心 才可以吃到最好吃的食物
