★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話叫飲料兩女一男一直在電話中嬉鬧，只是點四杯飲料卻頻頻被打斷，到現場拿時告知有先打電話，店員態度卻很不屑的說「我們打電話客人很多喔」，回應是你們一直打鬧嘻笑時的那位客人後才道歉，希望加強員工訓練，練習基本的電話禮節。

今天上午10點40分左右，點了一杯白玉歐蕾半糖少冰，喝的第一口竟然是無糖…
我知道事後諸葛都是馬後炮
所以我決定嘗試第三次當場喝
希望不會發生以上2點的狀況
還有音響擺在上面音樂開很大聲
跟店員講話都要很大聲點餐
覺得可以改善

I know after the fact that Zhuge is an afterthought
So I decided to try it on the spot for the third time
I hope the above 2 points will not happen
There's also a speaker on it, the music is very loud
Talk to the clerk very loudly
think it can be improved
