You just need to slash food you want in the menu with a pen (They provide it), then you give it to the counter/cashier. Depending on your order, it will take less than 15 minutes to be served. I ordered Fried chicken rice, and it was served under 10 minutes. After you finish your meal, you take your bill to the same counter you give the menu. The food is great, but for me, if you have a big appetite, the portion is too small and too expensive. My meal with a tea cost me $3. If you have small appetite, this is a pretty good choice to go. If you don't, better find another place or you gotta order more ini here to satisfy your appetite.
