社區單純，大多是住家，極少租客
花圃都有在整理，不是種菜就是花草
門口有警衛，有地下室停車場(只供有買車位的住戶停放)，門口停車也很方便。
有小孩的住戶或租客，可以考慮讓小孩上讀經班，不管大小都能去，可以當是幫忙顧小孩的地方，而且不用錢。
讀經班的位置，可以問問警衛室，或是問問鄰居，大多鄰近的小孩都有當過讀經班的學生。
It’s an old community, but it’s not bad.
The community is simple, mostly home, very few tenants
The flower buds are all sorted out, not planting vegetables or flowers.
There are guards at the entrance, there is a basement parking lot (only for residents who have a parking space), and parking at the door is very convenient.
If you have a child or a tenant, you can consider letting the child attend the class, regardless of size. It can be used as a place to help children, and no money.
For the position of the reading class, you can ask the guard room or ask the neighbors. Most of the neighboring children have students who have been reading the class.
