建議：部分住戶樓梯間擺放私人物品，凌亂不堪，樓梯間偶有壁癌，感覺較缺乏無管理與社區美化改善作業

Suggestion: Some residents put personal belongings in the stairwell, which is messy, and there are occasional wall cancers in the stairwell. It feels that there is a lack of unmanagement and community beautification improvement work
