老闆服務很好，沒有溫開水，特地煮熱開水提供我們。

大量的白感覺不好維持

可以分為套餐或是自由配滷味
這次外帶體驗不是很好
乾拌沙茶中辣
辣完全體會不出來
買了炸豆皮很硬 口感很不好
丸餃類在櫃內已結霜
吃起來口感也不如預期
牛肉煮太熟太乾 當然也有可能是冰太久
大腸牛肚不錯有滷入味
但整體乾拌醬的醬汁十分不足
原本應該是特色的部分反而顯得失敗
價位上是尚可接受
但整體食材跟預期口感差異蠻大的

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新豐地區文青風裝潢的加熱滷味店家，有套餐也能單點，能做湯的也能做乾的而且乾的有3種醬料能選擇。不過這次點的鮮魚套餐感覺沒什麼魚，而且價格偏高。還是可以去嚐試看看。

下雨天意外走進文湯武醬，結果真的是棒的決定～
點了雞肉豚骨湯餐以及豬肉乾沙茶餐
豚骨真的很驚艷！本身是喜歡很濃郁湯頭的，真的很好喝，又香又濃但是不會死鹹，搭配食材也都煮的很好，一碗吃下來是有飽足感的量，肉跟菜都很好吃！
乾沙茶點了微辣，非常開胃！吃了只想一口接一口，沙茶非常香濃，不是那種只有一點點的沙茶，真的好好吃～因為太餓了沒拍到照片，但是真心大推，個人覺得價格也很划算
下次有機會來吃吃看鴨血跟豆腐，真心推薦大家！
