★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點炒麵外帶時看店家的料理手法不似快炒店大火快炒而且料稀少霎時覺得平淡無奇！
但很奇特、打開盒子一入口明顯感到這麵條口感紮實有彈牙感、醬汁調配也有台北吃不到的油香氣實在意外又驚豔到！
個人覺得這家麵可以外帶回家、配上自己家常菜平衡一下、否則整份麵吃完少了蛋白質及蔬菜、填飽肚也最好均衡攝取！
以上是疫情期間無內用時。
疫情緩後再訪、發現內用的黑白切也很不錯（如照片）。比較可惜的是店內的辣椒不適合拌麵！
When ordering fried noodles to take out, the restaurant’s cooking methods are not as fast as the fast-fried noodles, and the ingredients are scarce.
But it's very peculiar. When you open the box, you can clearly feel that the noodles have a solid and springy texture, and the sauce has an oily aroma that you can't find in Taipei. It is surprising and amazing!
I personally think that this noodle can be taken home and balanced with my own home-cooked dishes, otherwise the whole noodles will be eaten without protein and vegetables, and it is best to take a balanced intake to fill the belly!

I visited again after the epidemic subsided and found that the black and white cuts used inside were also very good (such as photos). It is a pity that the chili in the store is not suitable for noodles!

嫌肉絲跟青菜單調可以外加滷蛋
現場的衛生條件不佳所以扣了一顆星
老闆雖然很努力的裝了趕蒼蠅的裝置
可惜蒼蠅們都不怕
所以我沒敢點小菜
不過附近的居民好像司空見慣了照點照吃
建議是加裝食物櫃或紗罩
不然用美製的鹽粒散彈槍來消滅蒼蠅會更好
