★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幾個月前發現這家店很好吃店員態度都很好，還會笑笑地關心客人，不知到什麼時候突然來了一個胖胖的阿姨，態度有夠差、口氣也很差，不知道是不會對應客人還是怎樣，說話語氣不能改嗎？
不然可以換一個人接電話嗎？櫃檯可以不要站她嗎？
電話點餐的時候語氣就不好了！
取餐的時候，那阿姨說 ：你是要拿什麼早餐？
口氣差到爆，說話方式改變一下，客人搞不好都會回來了，不然一大早就要受那阿姨的氣，早餐都不想吃了！
取醬包的時候，只拿一包而已也在那邊說已經有放了，你還要拿嗎？我就是喜歡多一點醬啊，不行嗎？
擺在那邊就是要給顧客用的不是嗎？
早餐好吃，可是那阿姨態度那麼差，誰以後還會想去？

進店後，共講了兩次我要的餐點，結果你們還是送錯
送錯就算了，跟你們反應後也沒要你們重送或補償，
我也是好聲好氣地跟你們說，就是下次注意點就好
結果隔幾天再去，點完居然當我的面，質疑我確定要點是這個？(沒錯，就是其他人口中的那位！
為什麼我用現場3人都能聽見的音量，你們送錯餐，還敢反過來糾正客人？
(多出1顆星是餐點好吃，但... 我不會再去了
