★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新埔市場內的店家，這次主要是為了炒粄條而來。
店家生意興隆，出菜需要蠻長一段時間。
店員很公事公辦，老闆很親切，遇到熟客，或是等太久的客人，會主動打招呼送小菜。
用餐環境不是很乾淨，擦完桌子，還是油油的。
餐點都很好吃，難怪客人絡繹不絕。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022清明節吃這家市場內小吃，客人很多，湯的粄條最好吃，其次是乾的，炒的沒有鍋氣最普通還要等，小炒還可以但份量小、烟腸很好吃～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新埔第一市場內的小吃店，薑絲大腸酸度破錶；嚼感爽脆（180小），炒粄條（70）與其它縣市客家粄條小吃名店相較；口味一般，湯粄條（60）還算清爽不油膩，油豆腐（60）搭配沾醬還算涮嘴不錯吃，總結：粄條料理個人沒有特別驚艷的感覺，薑絲大腸如果稍減酸度，爽脆易嚼吞食的口感倒是值得推薦。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious Hakka cuisine. The portions are huge! The lobster meat sandwiches are fantastic and filling. The braised pork leg was cooked to perfection. Not only was it full of flavor, but it was so tender you could scoop the meat with a spoon. My favorite part of the meal was the assorted Hakka meats and fermented vegetables on an assortment tray. This dish is a must try! If you are with a large group and would like to have a nice dinner with Hakka and other Taiwanese cuisine in Hsinpu, this is the place to go.
