★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去修手機可是服務品質很不好，也沒有先詢問顧客的行動網路是否足夠使用，就直接將顧客的網路流量用光光了，真的很不好，還有老人家就不懂手機操作，請問為什麼我詢問操作以及基本的日曆及計算機時，卻叫我自己回去問年輕人？？？？這算是什麼服務態度？？
最後建議您，一定要詢問顧客的手機網路流量，你們真當全世界都吃到飽嗎？？？？
