這是一家之前在新竹FB社團推薦芎林美濃樓的時候,有網友留言推薦新埔這家板條好吃!這家印象中好像跟以前同事來吃過一次,那時候沒太多的體驗,所以⋯這次在中午不知道要吃什麼的情況下,想到了這家!不錯吃!大推豬頭肉,油豆腐!推薦有來新埔遊玩的朋友可以嚐鮮看看!
#食感:肉絲湯粄條⋯先喝一口湯,可以感覺到湯頭還蠻濃厚的!有著油蔥酥提味的香氣,板條適中的厚度,是稍微有嚼感帶點Q感,肉絲只有燙過沒有滷過,肉質紮實,透著肉香甜,沒什麼腥味,韭菜,豆芽菜爽脆添清爽感,整體來看⋯算是一碗簡單好吃的湯粄條!豬頭肉幾乎都是瘦肉,鮮嫩軟Q,沒有腥味!好好吃喔!油豆腐⋯店家自行油炸,再用水煮熱,表皮因炸過稍微紮實,內部豆腐是蠻有Q彈感,而且因為沒有滷製過,所以可以明顯的感受到豆腐的豆香及清甜,好好吃喔!小菜搭配店家自製辣椒醬⋯香辣過癮!(有點辣!沒吃辣的要小心)燙青菜⋯清脆鮮綠,簡單的利用油蔥酥,鹽巴調味,簡單好吃!可惜有一點鹹!店家可能要在注意一下,會更好!
#後記:詢問店家表示⋯燙青菜有點鹹,店家回應“燙青菜是淋鹽水調味,怕太鹹的話,上菜後可以先把鹽水倒掉,這樣比較不會這麼鹹!”,以上提供給各位參考!

炒板條跟豬頭肉好吃,但是要碰運氣才吃得到。
菜單上沒有炒板條,要私下問老闆娘,看看有沒有空。
豬頭肉很好吃,每個入門客人都會點,所以不夠賣,老闆說凌晨兩點就起來撥肉,還來不及賣。因此今天只吃到幹連肉,殘念~
荷包蛋,很平常的菜色,但是這邊的荷包蛋,因為夠油,火夠大,加上使用老式的大灶,所以可以煮出古早味阿嬤的荷包蛋,旁邊赤赤,裡面還有嫩嫩的蛋黃。
炒板條,在新埔的老店越來越少,這家算是少數幾家好吃的,炒板條真的需要技術,自己在家沒辦法煮出這個味道。
環境不是乾淨,如果很介意的人,請忽略這家店。
