In 1935, the old house was demolished and rebuilt. A small part of the building has been over 100 years. The Panpu River residence of the Xinpu and the old town mayor was designed by Pan Jinhe and integrated into the European, Japanese and desktop styles. Now it is changed to a restaurant operated by an outsider. There is a three-storey osmanthus tree, which is said to be the same age as the building. This house was loaned to Vice President Chen Cheng for medical treatment. The original generation of the Pan family originally deliberately demolished the old house. After the fight by Mr. Peng, the owner of the Guiwen Hakka Hakka restaurant, Mr. Peng Junzhi collected the cultural relics of Pan Jinhe through the descendants of the Pan family. Under the opportunity, Mr. Peng entered the Panjiayang Building to run the restaurant. Mr. Peng, a restaurant in the Guihua Humanities Hakka Restaurant, was a foreigner to do a table at home. The town was also a Peng family.
