★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新埔天主教 西班牙籍 桑朗度神父 Fr. Jesus ZARANDONA, S.J.於 民國44年 興建。神父 對 新埔鎮 貢獻不遺餘力，在台灣奉獻時間長達55年，神父重視城鄉差距問題，曾提供免費醫療資源，設有幼稚園、青年中心和內思高工。
歐風外觀，粉色系牆面輔以色彩斑斕的玻璃窗飾，莊嚴典雅的聖堂在鎮上格外搶眼。
教會聖堂裡同時設有 新埔家祠 及 聖母瑪麗亞肖像，東西方信仰融合，正殿上的若瑟與瑪麗亞塑像也換上中國風服飾。
 Xinpu Catholic Spanish Fr. Sanrando Fr. Jesus ZARANDONA, S.J. was built in the 44th year of the Republic of China. The priest has spared no effort to contribute to Xinpu Town. He has dedicated 55 years in Taiwan. The priest has paid attention to the gap between urban and rural areas. He has provided free medical resources, and has set up a kindergarten, a youth center, and Nei Si Gao.
The European-style exterior, the pink wall is complemented by colorful glass windows, and the solemn and elegant church is particularly eye-catching in the town.
The church hall also houses the Xinpu Family Temple and the portrait of the Virgin Mary. The fusion of Eastern and Western beliefs, the statues of Joseph and Maria in the main hall are also dressed in Chinese style.

It is a Gothic-style building with a magnificent appearance. It was built by the Spanish Jesuits in the 1940s, but it was unfortunately not opened.
