這房子建於1792年，是客家建築，已被指定為歷史建築。這建築出了一個名人，就是廣東苜藥粉發明人鄧家造，他在1876年出生於此，後來在新竹開業並發明了著名的廣東苜藥粉，最後被毒害身亡。此建築保留非常完整，目前已用鐵皮保護，但不開放入內參觀，只能在外面欣賞一下，對歷史建築有興趣的人，可順道一遊。

The house was built in 1792, it is a Hakka architecture and has been designated as a historical building. A famous person in this building was Deng Jiazao, the inventor of Cantonese alfalfa powder. He was born here in 1876. He opened his business in Hsinchu and invented the famous Cantonese alfalfa powder. He was finally poisoned and killed. This building is very intact. It has been protected by iron sheets, but it is not open to visitors. You can only admire it outside. Those who are interested in historical buildings can take a trip.
