Dry noodles ($50): White noodles. Season the shallots with grease, celery, and coriander.
Mustard Pork Noodles ($60): White noodles. The soup is flavorful and not too light. My family thinks there is too little shredded pork, and I don’t seem to be much different from the average.
Fried Rice Teow ($70): The amount is not as much as expected. The ingredients include bean sprouts, leeks, a little shredded carrot, and not too much shredded pork, about 0.5 servings of meat. Heavy oil, heavy sauce, slightly salty, fried well and slightly fragrant.
Wonton Soup ($40): I ate a wonton with a thicker, slightly harder skin and less filling.
Lo Mei Platter ($60): Dried tofu is not tasty and hard, but it has a caramel aroma. spiced corned egg. Kelp is soft and bite.
Stir-fried large intestine with shredded ginger ($150): I felt something wrong at the first mouthful, and the large intestine did not taste like fresh Sichuan hot water added to vinegar, and it tasted thinly. A few more bites and ginger shreds make it better. The taste is tender and crisp.
Ratzai Kueh ($30): The size of a fist. The outer fur has a strong smell and is chewy and waxy. The stuffing has dried vegetable shreds and a small amount of dried shrimps, which are more oily and fragrant, and the dried vegetable shreds are not too dry and thin enough to jam the teeth with one bite. The family praised him very much, better than Tianyuan Palace Laoquan, and slightly lost the grandma's bag because there were not enough shrimps and no meat.
Hygiene may need to be improved, and the entire toilet paper on the table turns yellow when wiped. Although the chopsticks and spoons are placed in the sterilizer, they are all water and a little bit of vegetable residue.
The service is still cordial and easygoing.
Maybe it's the love period (?), and I feel that the taste has regressed and the price has become the tourist price (actually, it has not changed).

Bone-in-the-bone meat dumplings ($80): The dumplings are springy, there are five or six pieces of meat, tender and springy but just generally sweet. Although the soup contains a lot of shallots, but there are also a lot of ginger shreds. The ginger flavor covers the shallots.
Big dumplings ($70): It's just big dumplings wrapped in meat, but the small dumplings are not included. The skin is soft and the inside is full of salty minced pork. The proprietress said that they are selling this in the town because it is very troublesome to make handwork.
Stir-fried large intestine with ginger ($150): The large intestine is tender and crunchy. It is very chewy. The sour and ginger are very stimulating.
Wonton Soup ($40): Wonton is about the size of the first section of the thumb. The meat and skin are firm, and the seasoning is refreshing.
Dry noodles ($50): My family said this is a must-eat, the noodles taste good, and they always wanted to persuade me to change to this one.
Hygienic environment: the average level of an average old store. There are green vegetables on the spoon taken out of the sterilization cabinet.
Service attitude: cordial and hospitable.

Today I ate stir-fried green vegetables. The garlic boss of Guisensen was not stingy and filled it up. The wok was full of stir-fried slabs.
The triangular meat glutinous rice balls are also filled with leeks. They are really delicious. The boss and sister are also very kind. The other Hakka dim sums are also super delicious...so I recommend
Right across from the Palace of Supreme Harmony, next to the entrance of Guanxi Old Street
