Delicious noodles and tasty side dishes.
Pay car park just across the road very convenient.

the place was rather expensive (the small bowl of noodles was TWD 58!) and felt like a tourist trap. don't waste your time, appetite, and money here; take a walk around, there are better offerings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice traditional Hakka dry noodle and rice noodle in a lovely small town in Hsinchu. The meatball in the wonton soup is quite unique for having chopped taro inside. Stewed bamboo shoots and fish are also pretty nice side dishes. Worthy of revisiting in weekdays. Expect a long queue in weekend.
