★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 關西臭豆腐的店面小小的，在第一停車場公園的旁邊，店家所提供的臭豆腐，一份5小塊60元（有點貴）外皮炸得酥脆，而裡面的豆腐並沒有因為油炸也跟著變得乾扁，滑嫩的口感還帶上水分，搭配著大蒜、醬油及店家特製的台式泡菜來吃，忽然可以理解大排長龍的原因了，雖然只是簡單的臭豆腐小吃，但值得來吃上一回。
 The storefront of Kansai stinky tofu is small. Next to the first parking lot park, the stinky tofu provided by the store is 5 small pieces of 60 yuan (a bit expensive). After it becomes dry and flat, the smooth and tender taste also brings moisture. It is eaten with garlic, soy sauce and the shop's special Taiwanese kimchi. Suddenly, I can understand the reason for the long queue. Although it is just a simple stinky tofu snack, it is worth coming. Eat last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天外帶兩份回新竹市吃，等待餐點的時候，好多人都在旁邊的公園食用喔！（因現在沒有內用）
回家吃的感覺是覺得有點乾，泡菜如果更有層次感會有加分。
個人感覺唯一美中不足的是：醬料不搭，豆拌醬好鹹，另一種醬料又無味...
影響最多的是醬料..
如果我在現場吃的話，也許會感覺比較多汁，畢竟回家路程有30分鐘...

I feel a little dry when I eat it at home. If the kimchi is more layered, it will be a bonus.

Maybe it would have been juicier if I ate it there, 30 minutes to get home after all...
