關西牛肉捲餅 - Guanxi Township

第一次來關西 一直查有什麼好吃的 很多都推薦這一家 於是我遠道而來 牛肉捲餅真的好好吃喔！！！！！！ 全部的配料味道融合在一起 互相交融形成新的美味 這就是我要的牛肉捲！！ 小缺點是人有點多 不過我覺得蠻快的 畢竟來玩的人應該都不介意排點小隊的對吧 大家真的要來吃吃看 便宜又好吃得牛牛捲??

CP值很可以，在地銅板美食，老闆娘手腳很快，點餐一下東西就好了！整體是好吃的，唯有加肉的部分，濕濕的醬會影響到原本捲餅的口感。炸春捲很酥脆，裡面蔬菜滿滿，很好吃

關西有名的評價美食 根本不需要導航 抵達關西街上就看到有長長排隊人龍 沒錯!就找到牛肉捲餅店了 午餐時段抵達 前面約排10個人左右 輪到我點餐差不多20~30分鐘 其實比預想的等待時間短 因為還要吃附近其他美食，所以點了一個牛肉捲餅加蛋跟潤餅 雖說是牛肉捲餅，但其實就是蔥油餅加上牛肉跟小黃瓜等 口味普普通通，餅皮欠缺層次，肉不多也不少 九層塔香味濃郁 跟價格相比，算是相當便宜!cp值是一大優點 潤餅裡面直接包了一整顆荷包蛋 第一次吃到這種潤餅，蠻意外 包的蔬菜算多，花生粉不會過甜 對女生來說份量足夠 可能先前查詢的評價很好，心裡滿是期待 但實際吃起來跟期待有點落差 真的是很便宜啦！但口味不是我的菜

the beef wrap was not as good as expected. taste was above average but it was a very wet and sloppy affair, i.e., the whole package fell apart once we started eating and it felt excessively soggy and oily. the problem was the wrap was too soft/flimsy and oily and the filling had too much sauce. would be better if they use a sturdier wrap (like pita bread or naan) or they grill the outside to dry it out--as it stood it was more akin to a scallion pancake. on the other hand, the deep fried spring roll was delicious--huge, extremely crispy on the outside with flavorful, juicy filling inside. could not really tell what was in the filling other than cabbage. also ordered a "run bing" to go, which is like a Taiwanese burrito. the filling was egg, bean sprouts, and meat floss. excellent flavor and texture. performed the usual post treatment (reheated at home to make exterior crispy) which greatly added to the experience. excellent value and huge portion. addendum: recently tried their beef wrap again and this time it turned out much better probably as a result of two things: 1) requested no sauce and 2) heated the wrap on a non stick pan to dry out and make the exterior crispy. however, still think their runbing and spring roll are better products. visit(s): 20200115 20191130
