★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 菜脯蛋香，不會太鹹，高麗菜脆而不油。鹽酥溪蝦香脆下飯，蔥爆牛肉軟嫩易入口。飯可自行取用。除了因客人太多、空間不大，空氣不太流通外，是個會想再來的餐廳。
The preserved cabbage is fragrant and eggy, not too salty, and the cabbage is crisp and not oily. The salted crepe shrimp is crispy with rice, and the beef with spring onion is soft and easy to eat. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裡應該是遊覽車配合的餐廳，我們一桌7個人，點了2100元桌菜，有九菜一湯，另外有送一盤麻糬。菜色算還可以，量少了點，不夠7個人吃，只好多盛幾碗飯才能吃飽。吃了那麼多家的客家菜，這家口味衹能算普通，也沒有那麽的道地，吃過一次就夠了吧。
This should be a restaurant with a tour bus. We ordered 7 people for a table of 2,100 yuan, nine dishes, one soup, and a plate of mochi. The dishes are not bad, the amount is small, not enough for 7 people, so I have to serve a few more bowls of rice to get enough. After eating so many Hakka dishes, the taste of this restaurant can only be regarded as ordinary, and it is not so authentic. It is enough to eat it once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炒高麗菜和鹹蛋苦瓜能炒熟一點比較好，仙草雞湯頭不錯，客家小炒很香，白斬雞肉質鮮嫩但骨頭有血絲。
Stir-fried cabbage and salted egg bitter gourd are better if they can be cooked a little. The soup with fairy grass is good. The Hakka stir-fry is very fragrant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 關西交流道附近餐廳，可能是北上塞車塞車餓太久，每道菜吃起來都有獨特味道，連最簡單的炒高麗菜也香甜爽脆，結果點太多，只好打包帶走。不過以客家菜聞名的這家餐廳，真的有很多創意料理，價格也很合理，是會再光臨的餐廳。

However, this restaurant, which is famous for its Hakka cuisine, really has a lot of creative dishes and the price is very reasonable. It is a restaurant that will come again.
