非常好吃.魂牽夢縈.早起去芎林為了這碗麵.
豬頭肉 跟 粉腸 記得提醒店家不要加油膏. 會太鹹. 自行沾辣椒醬油吃 剛剛好.
臭豆腐以前比較好吃. 現在還好…
 The dry noodles are full of aroma. The charming ointment is combined with watercress.
It's very delicious. It's a dream come true. Get up early and go to Xionglin for this bowl of noodles.
Remember to remind the store not to add the ointment to the pork head meat and powder sausage. It will be too salty. It is just right to eat it with chili soy sauce.
Stinky tofu used to taste better. Now it’s fine…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老店了，在芎林也是幾間名店之一，原本不是在這個位置，而是在溪邊幾十公尺處，三山國王廟前面有一顆大榕樹的旁邊，不知道是都市計劃還是怎麼樣數後來就砍掉了，然後店家也移到現在的位置。
整體口味還不錯，就是道地的客家味，有很多的油蔥酥，因為是名店所以來吃的人也多，如果來的太晚就沒有招牌的板條可以吃，只能選擇其他的東西了。
It’s an old store, and it’s one of several famous stores in Xionglin. It was originally not in this location, but tens of meters by the stream, beside a big banyan tree in front of the Sanshan King’s Temple. I don’t know if it’s an urban plan or what. The number was later cut off, and then the store was moved to its current location.
The overall taste is not bad, it is the authentic Hakka taste, there are a lot of puff pastry, because it is a famous restaurant, so many people come to eat, if you come too late, there is no signature slats to eat, you can only choose other things Up.
