★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 經過時看到招牌想買些黑糖包子，停車後看到裏面正在熬黑糖，老闆很熱情的招呼我們進去看，讓我們照像，還從大鍋中撈了兩坨黑糖膏給我們試吃。之後買了兩包共十粒包子，回家吃第一粒時覺得麵皮有點粗，黑糖也不像以前在寶山大街附近買的爆漿黑糖包那麼多，有些失望。但接下來幾天繼續吃，開始覺麵皮其實頗耐嚼且有自然香味，黑糖是不多但吃完也不覺得有負擔，還是頗不錯的。
When I saw the signboard, I wanted to buy some brown sugar buns. After parking, I saw that the brown sugar was boiled. The boss greeted us warmly to see it. Let us take a picture. I also took two pieces of brown sugar paste from the big pot for us to try. I bought two packs of ten buns afterwards. When I went home to eat the first one, I felt that the dough was a little thick. The brown sugar was not as much as the brown sugar batters I bought near Baoshan Street. I was disappointed. But when I continue to eat for the next few days, I feel that the dough is actually quite chewy and has a natural flavor. There is not much brown sugar but I don’t feel burdened after eating. It is still quite good.
