也是福利開始縮減了，那也就算了..
某最後段的人不是很好相處，學習能力不是很好或是學不會就被幹或等死吧。但是也不能怪這些老鳥，畢竟他們思想還停留在15年前的想法，不會變通又沒啥耐性，又或許上面的人也默許下面的人這樣做吧。
不是公司不好，是裡面有些不適任的人該汰除了。
