地板一塵不染, 床軟硬適中, 被被好暖, 洗澡水夠熱夠大, 雨聲好美, 山嵐好仙, 花園好精靈, 出入夠自在。 雖然加壓馬達有點惱人, 要自己帶大浴巾, 但是, 我仍然把這裡當成山上的家!
The floor is spotless, The bed is moderately firm, being so warm, The bath water is hot enough, The rain is so beautiful, Shanlan is a good fairy, Garden elf, Comfortable enough to go in and out. Although the pressurized motor is a bit annoying, Bring your own large bath towel. but, I still call this home on the mountain!

環境還不錯,晚上很安靜,但畢竟是小木屋隔音不會太好!如果遇到很吵的客人,應該會睡不好!床鋪是硬床,剛好我也喜歡睡偏硬的床,但棉被好像偏舊,有一些破損的痕跡卻還沒更換! 這次去訂了五間,晚上洗澡時熱水會有不夠熱的情況,朋友的房間會有冷熱水調整不佳的問題忽冷忽熱!另外早餐老闆蠻用心的自己做給我們,但份量偏少,早餐如果要吃很多的可能會不夠!

房間整理的很乾淨,環境跟老闆服務都很好,詢問問題可以馬上得到回覆與幫助,還帶著我們到私房景點看到很多螢火蟲,很值得推薦喔

老闆非常熱情,主動幫我們升等房型,也提供我們寶寶澡盆。隔天早餐更是老闆滿滿的愛心,豐盛又好吃? 下次有機會一定會在來走走

環境優美,餐點好吃,晚上很安靜,跟台北完全不一樣,很久沒有這麼放鬆的感覺了,早上起的比較早,就悠閒地到小木屋外面坐搖椅看天空,感覺被山里的霧氣包圍,深呼吸幾次連肺都健康了吧! 總之是會再回住的好地點,是一次很棒的住宿體驗~

老闆服務態度好,環境優美,裝潢不錯,!只可惜美中不足的地方是小木屋隔音不好,部分家具也建議老闆更新例如,電視太小,床墊太軟易晃動!不過還是感謝老闆特地帶我們去看營火蟲,有機會再入住囉!

以前全家住過2次,這次想再去服務人員態度很不好,打電話詢問訂房事項,居然說:妳到底要不要訂!? #隔音不好 #不推薦 #雖然假日房間不好訂,客人也是有自尊的 *** 其實這則評論,重點是因為店家「態度很糟糕」,而不是因為把「訂房取消。」 未匯款房間會被取消,理所當然是我自己疏忽了,房間取消我不會生氣。 樓下店家好像看不懂重點。 我只是打去確認狀況,為什麼店家要這種態度? 我是忘記匯訂金,又不是住了欠錢不付。 當時狀況: 3/16晚上九點打電話訂房,過48小時後3/19晚上收到簡訊說「已過三天未匯款,訂房已取消」,當下覺得:噢!對 忘記匯了,但已經三天了嗎?? 所以隔天向店家確認,有收到簡訊通知,但是還沒三天阿? 老農夫:我們是二天內要付款。 我:ok,我忘記了,但是簡訊怎麼寫已過三天,現在還沒三天只過了48小時。 老農夫:我們規定就是二天內要匯訂金不然就直接取消! 我:好,所以我這樣被取消了是嗎? 老農夫:阿妳二天沒匯款來就是把妳取消了啊!! 我:所以你們那天還有房間嗎? 老農夫:那你到底還要不要訂啊!?(兇) 我:………….??如果妳是這種態度我當然不要啊… 老農夫:好啊!! 我:…….(本人此時才氣到掛電話,並非業主所說不講話) 我覺得業主應該檢討ㄧ下訂房SOP,不要規定說二天、取消訂房簡訊寫三天,讓人ㄧ頭霧水。 訂房沒發簡訊確認,只有叫客人自己上網看帳號匯款,發生誤會的當下只要耐心解釋清楚就可以,還怪客人為什麼不上網看清楚貴民宿規定,真是受教了。
