★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明明EZ way 關稅顯示94元，每次送貨來還跟我多收40元以上，有一次去貨運點取貨，跟我收關稅時，另一個男的跟我收錢的那個男的說～哎呦～哥～今天又大賺了呦～～？？？？？是我想的那樣嗎？每次超收就很不爽了，又當場聽到這句話，可以給我一個解釋嗎？??
 Obviously the EZ way tariff shows 94 yuan. Every time I deliver the goods, I charge more than 40 yuan. Once I went to the shipping point to pick up the goods. When I charged the tariff, the other man said to the man who collected the money~ Whoops~Brother~ You made a lot of money today~~? ? ? ? ? Is it what I think? 到底留支沒人接的電話幹嘛
服務品質實在有夠差的
其他營業所也很忙很多貨要送
但都會接電話，也會幫忙查詢
就是竹東營業所服務最爛到不行

貨品昨天早上到站點，結果兩天了都沒有送出
要我到現場自己拿，那我指定時間送達有什麼意義。
都給我自己送就好啦！
問說為什麼到站點兩天都不送，竟然和我說：
（我怎麼會知道為什麼？）
擺爛成這樣的工作方式真的是很屌
你什麼都不知道還上什麼班
