不然就請個專門有給職，負責全部的主任委員。做不好就開除。

加起來好幾萬，別的社區的管理委員都是做義務的。
而且好像一年開沒幾次會，有的委員就拿六千元，會不會太扯？

建議管理委員改成跟元邦大國及新竹市其他社區一樣，無給職的。
